Rick ReinholzService Manager
For over 25 years Rick Reinholz has been with ESG’s founders providing customers with reliable voice solutions. He began his career working with George Benson and Roy Vande Hey installing Mitel PBX systems and running cables. When Telecom North was purchased by Mitel in the early 1990’s Rick stayed on and worked for Mitel.
Today Rick is responsible for supporting all the ESG customer accounts as soon as system implementations are complete. This includes managing a staff of over 21 employees, coordinating repairs, upgrades, scheduling training and all moves, adds or changes (MAC). He takes great pride in the service his team offers the customer base. His 25 years’ of industry experience have taught him there is no substitute for great customer services skills.
Rick spends a lot of time outside of work with his wife of 20 years, Amy, their daughter Lea and their golden retriever Miley. Lea has followed in her father’s footsteps and competes on the Kaukauna High School cross country team. When not attending her meets the family likes to spend time around their home in Sherwood, WI either taking walks, going on motorcycle rides, or on the lake either ice fishing or boat fishing. Rick is an avid fisherman and will take every opportunity permitted to get out and drill a few holes in the ice or reel in a giant walleye.
